Hi, and welcome.

As you can see I'm new myself, but I have a guess what your problem is.

My guess is you are doing nothing wrong and are just looking at posts that no longer have images because they were lost in one of the database crashes this place has been through.

welcome to the Palace
and ekwood has it right..
in March the Palace suffered a catastrophic hard drive failure and all attachments previous to that were lost
what you see is what members have reuploaded since...Smile
