Without knowing your specific tastes, it's a little difficult to recommend stories or authors. However, I suggest you check out some of Jokermon's work. Like Beatrix's stories, there is usually more going on than just the pounding of thick pegs into squirming holes (not that said pounding isn't fun) and the writer covers a wide range of themes.
If you can't find a Jokermon story you enjoy, chances are you really aren't looking hard enough.
