You should be able to find it in the Flash Games section on this very site. I can send you a link if you want. It doesn't have all the features in it yet, but it's still quite playable.
It begins with you, a teacher, becoming a futanari without warning. You then have to balance your arousal against the suspicions of the authorities, and see if you can get a relationship going with one of three (or all three) people around the school.
Essentially it's a simple dating-sim / meter management game with a lot of futa porn thrown in. Good times.
