click Edit post button > click 'go advanced' button > on the next screen click manage attachments 'button' (it's a bit down on the screen, odds're you'll have to scroll down before seeing it) > once the attachments uploader, loads move your mouse over the attached picture icon at the bottom of the attachments uploader, two small white boxes will appear on the upper right of the attachments icon one a question mark the other an X click the box with the X in order to delete the attachment....
also since your avatar picture is also one of your face, we'll have to ask for it to be removed/changed until the required proof has been posted...
