A "glomp" is a running tackle-hug, named for the cartoon sound effect. Variants include "rape-glomp" - a naked glomp that immediately turns to unwanted smexings once both parties hit the floor - and the "waffleglomp", which, I guess, involves bananas and maple syrup.
