RAR Files are not Video or Audio Media, they are "Archive" Files.
you need an Archive utility toopen them and extract the content...
WINRAR is good, or you can try PowerARC ...
Power ARC opens more types of Archives than WINRAR Does....
after you extract the files then you will see if you need a media player or a picture viewer to look at the content.
