Hello to All.  As of 3/26/2025  these are the rules here on Futanari Palace.  Anything posted on the site from here on out MUST follow these directions.  Prior content that is not in line with these rules will be handled on a case by case basis but will not result in any demerit/ban to the user posted prior.  

I. Core Values

1. Love Futanari – This forum is dedicated to it. Respect its definition _AS OUTLINED HERE_(Link to follow). Debating it disruptively is not allowed.
   
2. No politics. This is a fetish community, not a debate forum. We take a NEUTRAL STANCE.
   
3. Freedom from harassment - No trolling, flaming, spamming, fetish-shaming, doxxing or threats.
   
4. Community matters – No personal ads or political debates. This space is for communal enjoyment of the fetish.
   
5. Respect the Forum -- Be conducive and avoid disruptive behavior/posts/reports, follow the (sub-)forum structures and respect admins and their decisions.
   

II. MEMBERSHIP & CONDUCT

1. You must be 18+ (or 21 where required) to join. Underage members will be banned.
   
2. Illegal content (e.g. pirated material, doxxing, warez, child porn) is strictly forbidden.
   
3. No personal ads. This is not a dating site.
   
4. Report rule violations, but don't abuse the report function.
   

III. ACCOUNTS

1. One account per person. No duplicate accounts.
   
2. Lost access? Contact an admin—don’t make a new account.
   
3. No account deletions. You can just stop using it.
   
4. Bypassing bans = permanent ban.
   

IV. CONTENT POSTING

1. Follow sub-forum rules where applicable.
   
2. Post in the right forum. Stay on topic.
   
3. Use proper tags where required.
   
4. Credit all non-original works. Plagiarism = ban.
   
5. Non-futanari content (under 80% focus) must be labeled as "Non-Futa".
   
6. Loli/shota content is forbidden. See STATEMENT OF PROHIBITION.
   

V. AI CONTENT

1. AI-generated content is allowed but must be labeled.
   
2. Misrepresenting AI content as human-made = plagiarism.
   
3. AI content can’t be restricted by the Do Not Post list.
   

VI. DISCIPLINARY MEASURES

1. Violations result in warnings, mutes, suspensions, or bans.
   
2. A 10-point system determines punishments (3 pts = mute, 5 pts = temp ban, 10+ pts = permaban).
   
3. Extreme rule-breaking can mean instant permanent ban.
   
4. Appeals are allowed but must follow the rules.

STATEMENT OF PROHIBITION

As the name implies, Futanari palace’s purpose is to provide a place for the posting and enjoyment of original content related to the futanari fetish. While permitted in prior administrations, loli/shota content is now prohibited. Given the current legal climate, it is entirely too risky and problematic for Futanari Palace to even entertain the custodianship of such content, regardless of its construction and purpose. There will be no debate or discussion of whether “models and characters are 18 years of age or older” if the intent is to purport them as otherwise. Ageplay is a separate fetish that is not the focus of this site. Futanari Palace’s position is to not get involved with any debate or arguments regarding this fetish and the reason for this policy to to avoid any and all legal complications resulting from either ovezealous law enforcement or individuals crossing lines. The advances in AI development have made delineating this policy necessary, as well. Do not post content with either loli or shota characters. Staff will take action as outlined in the Forum Rules.

In order to foster an environment that is genuinely welcome to anyone and everyone that wishes to peruse the materials at Futanari Palace, the site and forum take a neutral stance regarding any and all sociological and political issues both currently in debate and in the future. Futanari Palace’s position is no position. This neutrality is necessary to ensure that all are welcome.

To that end, topics, threads, and discussions that discuss, debate, or argue sociological or political issues are prohibited. This limitation is the result of the unfortunate trend towards controversy, proselytization, flaming, trolling, and outright extremism in recent years. Futanari Palace is only concerned with enjoying the futanari fetish in peace. Members, regardless of which side of the political spectrum they are on and how far they are on said spectrum, must leave their politics at home. Do not misconstrue the nature of this fetish with support for any possible views that may, on the surface, appear related to it. Again, Futanari Palace is neutral ground.

30% (3 points)    New posts Moderated for three (3) days.
50% (5 points)    Member muted for one (1) week.
70% (7 points)    Member is temporarily banned for one (1) month.
100% (10 points) Permaban.
