I'm not new here, just made a new account because I didn't like my name on my one. I wanted to post here anyways so hi all.

You may not be aware of this, but it is against the rules to have multiple accounts. If you want to change your username in the future, you simply need to click 'edit profile' from the 'setting' tab and change your username there.

Can I delete this account or is that an admin only function?

I believe an Administrator will be able merge any multiple accounts you have with your current one. That's what an Admin did what I created multiple accounts when I was unaware of the ability to change my name at will.
