Fixing Formatting
After about a month of preparation work, I got the formatting on 144 970 of 167 769 possibly badly formatted stories fixed. The character encoding of a lot of older stories should now be all right.
(note: the diff of those roughly 20 000 not updated stories is where there was a significant discrepancy of them old texts and them converted texts).
Hurray, better formatted stories!

Fixed old thread links
Wrote a little "threadid-to-tid-script.php" script to redirect old stories links to the right Threads (using the "tid" parameter).
Created redirects for various old Thread-URI-formats, which redirect to said script, then receive another redirect, e.g.:
- /showthread.php?t=2443
- /showthread.php?threadid=24433
- /showthread.php/4449-Trish-s-Monster
- /showthread.php?33723

I cleaned up the Roleplay's and Story/Writing's Sub-Forums Rules/Sticky Threads' BB-Code-Formatting.
Also added a Database Index to some Table, improving Performance slightly.
Also using a different query for the Story Listing, which is a lot faster now (even 'though quite a lot older threads are not in it, unfortunately).

Also added another database index to the private messages, so that private messages now are sent within 207 milliseconds as opposed to 4940 milliseconds without that index.

Threw away old BBcode size=2 markup in the Forum rules to make them more readable.
Unstickied the Thanks to Echoen (former Owner) and Known Issues threads. This is in order to reduce the number of "Important" Threads. I feel it is important, that they be kept to a minimum.
