Trying to find a story

I don't think it's that old. It involved a guy that had been living in an apartment when it was bought out and the new owner - a futa - tried to make him pay rent on time. When he couldn't, he was forced to fuck her sister who had big bird tattoed on her dick. The new owner had been in the army and there was also some crime boss woman involved, but I forget how.
