You are an average looking 25 year old male. You work in a normal job, live on your own, pay your bills, and have few friends. But the world has changed. The economy is bad, there's crime all over, and people don't seem to be happy with their lot in life. And you were no different.

You needed money, and one day noticed an advertisement requesting healthy subjects to undergo a new drug trial. You didn't really think much of it at the time, but then again you weren't exactly thinking about your future either. You set up an appointment for the following week, and arrive to the meeting.

The doctor talks over a bunch of details about the drug, most of which you don't understand. It's supposed to help treat cancerous cells with gene therapy. The list of side effects is pretty long, but the pay is too much to deny.

The next week goes by quickly, and you're brought back to your apartment where you're given the drug in a IV drip. Apart from some nausea, after the first week you're not noticing any real side effects. But on the eighth day, when you're doing some morning stretches, you notice that your chest feels sore and slightly swollen. You're just about to chalk it up to getting older when you notice a dark spot growing on your skin. It looks like a mole, but you can't see anything else about it. The spot happens to have a twin, also parked on your chest. They're symmetrical, about three inches below your nipples. You chalk them up to just being moles that you never noticed. The pain in your chest must just be a strained muscle.

That evening when you return from work, you start to feel a little queasy. You think it's just from the IV being disconnected. You go to take a shower, and notice your skin is changing. the flesh in your chest is definitely swollen. Not much, but enough that you notice. Your nipples also feel slightly bigger, harder, more sensitive. The two bumps lower down are a bit bigger too. You're concerned, but figure this must be the side effects of the drug finally kicking in. You shower and head to bed.

In the morning, you notice something a little stranger. Your chest is definitely bigger. You wouldn't say you had breasts, but feeling them, they definitely have some extra fat. What's more worrying is your nipples. They're rock hard and seem to have grown overnight. The areola are puffy and about the size of a quarter, and your nipples themselves are now the size of pencil erasers. The two bumps below have also turned pink and look bigger too... like a second set of nipples. This has to be from the gene therapy, but you're not worried enough yet to say anything, since you're worried that if you do, they'll stop the trial and you won't get paid. You head to work with a little more "bounce" in your chest than you're used to.

As the week drags on, things get more serious. Those bumps in your chest are definitely turning into breasts. They're easily a B cup now, and stick proud off your chest. Your nipples are growing too. They're half an inch long and nearly as thick, and the areola are a couple inches across. Worse still, those bumps below have sped up to match the other two. You're a man with four small breasts. Thankfully you don't notice any other changes beyond the earlier nausea and an occasional stomach ache, but that doesn't last long either.

The next week brings some new changes. The skin on your chest is stretched tight across your new mammary glands.
