Looking for Story: Abstinence

I once came across a story involving a futa whose girlfriend had to go on a business trip. While away, the gf thought it would be fun if the futa didn't cum while she was away as a sign of her devotion (intended as a tease, but futa takes it very seriously). This results in the futa getting more and more backed up as she tries to remain abstinent for her gf.

Anyone familiar with this story and know where I can find it? Don't think I read it on this site, so... I realize that might be a tall order.
