Author's, Does It Piss You Off When...

Does it piss you off when you know that a ton of people are reading your story yet aren't sending you feedback or leaving thanks? I know I do. I don't post often nor do I feel inclined to write for a bunch of lurkers. We're no different than artists. If you guys don't tell us what you like and dislike about our stories, how are we supposed to grow?

I can't force any of you guys to do anything, but this has been a growing trend around here that has begun to erk me. Any other authors out there that feel this way?
