The House for Ugly Children - Input/Ideas/Opinions

So I've decided to stop lurking and finally post a story. But, I would like some input into this first. What I know so far is that it will take place in an orphanage of sorts that takes in ugly/disabled/abandoned children and offers them a place to live, at a price. The price for living there is being transformed in some way/shape/form. This will include futa, but also other things. Main age i'm going with will be loli-mid teens.

Now, what I need from you guys via input is what sort of transformations would you like to see? I don't like breast inflation or muscles, so I will put that up front as things I will turn down, lol. As for other things, I have a few ideas, but et's hear yours too...
