1st Annual Futanari Palace Stories Contest: Voting!

First and foremost, I would like to make a formal and personal apology for the delay. It was a perfect storm of miscommunication, techie problems and life that delayed this for so long. I apologize to the entrants and apologize to those eager and energetic supporters of a stories contest. Efforts have been made to make sure that this does not happen again.
