Colony [New Story In Progress]

Sorry to do this to anyone who has been very patiently waiting for an update to the The Farm, but if you remember what I said about losing the story thread after getting better then you'll forgive me for not writing any more on it since I have unfortunately been in good health.

For years I used to get a cold or flu annually, without fail, and I was hoping to make considerable progress when I did. This year however has been a very healthy year, and I'm sorry.

Any way, I have been tinkering with another story that I have been able to sort of get a hold on while not being sick. The PDF I've uploaded is a crude first draft, full of plot holes and not much sex at all (I'm sorry), and is essentially incomplete as well as what I have written not fully fleshed out.

The main reason I'm posting this rough draft is for a little bit of critiquing before I go completely off the deep end of self-editing.

I'd particularly appreciate it if anyone would like to suggest a way of both adding more detail yet glossing over the "fringe" science parts.

I have a beginning, and I have an end, and I have some things I'd like to see my characters accomplish before that end. I am however just meandering along with this one, not exactly sure what path the story is going to take to get to the expected ending. So here's an update of some more of my rambling, barely cohesive tale.

Updated manuscript, amongst other things, will now have the adjusted date in the file name for people to easily see at a glance. I think I've gone off the deep end of the fringe science, but hey, fuck it.
