A Meeting Under the Moonlight

Prologue

Ken was five or six when he started to have the able to see monsters. He could even tell the differences from humans and monsters. He had been adopted when we was a baby. When he started to tell his parents that some people that walk by wasn’t human they didn't believe him. One night demon breaks in trying to kill him and his family but something scares it off. After that his adopt parent make a room in the basement and started to lock him up. One night when they go out the babysitter let him out for awhile. Ken was ten years old. He walks around outside for awhile. As he walks outside he see someone in the distance. Ken saw what look like a two girls making out first. He saw a girl with red long hair, jean shorts, black boots and silk shirt that he could see from the moon light. Ken couldn’t make out the other girl’s appearances. The girl with red hair stop feed on the girl and laid the other girl on the ground. Ken slowly started to back away. As he did, she turns around and saw him. Ken blinked once and the girl had disappeared. As he turned around he saw her again. Ken jumped

“Are you lost?” She asked him. Ken shakes his head. “No…..I’m not...” He said. Ken continues started to back away again. “Do you need some help?” she asked as she started to walk to him. He shakes his head again

“No…just going for…a walk...” he said. “I see, well enjoy your walk.” She said before turn to leave. Ken stops and looked at her. “Wait…Miss…is that girl going to be ok?” Ken asked. She stops and looked at Ken “Yes, she will be fine. Why do you ask?” She said. “You are a…” He stops in mid-sentence. She looked at him as he stops talking. “I am what?” She asked him. “Are…you a… vampire..?” Ken asked. She was a bit shocked that he wasn't running away and screaming if he knew. “Yes I am...How did you know?” She asked.

He looked away “I don’t...know I just can see the difference between people.” He said.

The girl got close in seconds before Ken move away “I see, so you have the sight to see both worlds” She said. Ken looked into her eyes. She had crimson red eyes since he could see the true side of people. Her eyes were blue mostly to other people. “What you mean?” Ken asked. “Your eyes can see both human world and the world that humans don’t want to see.” She looked into his blue eyes.
