Quick question… (discussion thread; Stories forum-related)

I'm just wondering, does anyone know of any place where one might actually go to publish their stories into physical book form? o.O? I'm curious because I might want to publish mine, maybe, and I'd like to know if there are actually any places that make/distribute paperback/hardback books that are filled with graphic smut. :o

Admittedly, I've not looked around a whole lot, but — if anyone knows, could they give a shout-out about 'em? :)

Oh, and if this post isn't very clearly-titled, perhaps someone could rename it? ^^'
