Any writers free for filling a request?

What odds are there that someone could write up a good story based on this image (including the stuff mentioned in my comments at the bottom)? Not necessarily thier poses, of course, but more the varying states of their endowments... and how they might get them and use them, naturally.:D

I'd do it myself, but I haven't followed Sailor Moon in ages, plus my writing stinks.:p
